This 6 month mentorship program is expected to kickoff during the first quarter of the 2022 calendar year and is open to everyone - Asians and allies. The purpose of this registration is to gauge the level of interest for mentors and mentees.

The mentorship program can support the following areas. Please note that the list below serves to illustrate examples of how the mentorship program can benefit individuals and is not exhaustive of all options:

Leadership related skills (confidence building, public speaking, soft skills)
Intercultural awareness, different workplace cultures, communication and leadership styles
Work-life balance (managing stress, time, information, physical and mental wellness, mindfulness)
Career planning (goal setting, skills development, impact/influence, strategic networking)
Diversity and social justice (advocacy, awareness, gender equality, anti-racism, allyship)
